NOTICE
of Reorganizing
the Bank for Foreign Economic Affairs of the USSR
The city of Moscow June 7, 2007
This is to inform You that based on article 20 of Federal Law dated 17.05.2007 N 82-FZ "On the Development Bank" the Bank for Foreign Economic Affairs of the USSR (Vnesheconombank of the USSR) (Main State Registration Number 1027739311665, INN 7708011796, BIC 044525060, place of business: GSP-6, the city of Moscow, Academician Sakharov avenue, building 9) will be reorganized by way of transforming it into the state corporation "The Bank for Development and Foreign Economic Affairs (Vnesheconombank)."
From the date of state registration of the state corporation "The Bank for Development and Foreign Economic Affairs" (Vnesheconombank), it is to acquire all the rights and obligations of the Bank for Foreign Economic Affairs of the USSR including all the rights and obligations under agreements made by the Bank for Foreign Economic Affairs of the USSR.
Upon reorganization, full succession of all obligations and claims of the Bank for Foreign Economic Affairs of the USSR is to be ensured with respect to all its creditors and debtors including obligations contested by the parties in accordance with applicable law of the Russian Federation and international agreements made.
